Unique design, well-maintained outdoor areas, friendly staff, comfortable bed, good location for plant shopping, free afternoon tea.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Spectacular design.

No proper drug store, insufficient toiletries. The room rather small.

From the out look design they are nice view , thats all I can say here

The hotel at 1st look very nice from the extenal design but when we there in the room that is not clean and more over look not well maintain,and another important thing the breakfast is not as good as what we stay in Arion Swiss belhotel ,in Arion the breakfast is much much better than them

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Good Breakfast

The hotel is situated in a prime location, making it easy to access all the key areas of the city. The staff was really friendly and helpful, making me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options to choose from. The rooms were spacious and well-kept.

The check-in process was quite slow, and I had to wait for a long time before I could check into my room. The housekeeping was also poor;

The electrical key didn't works well when I was there.

Nice structure and new building with nice kids facilites like kids cinema and free wii and PS3

The hotel had a beautifully decorated exterior and a bar on the 5th floor that offered lovely views. the staff was professional, friendly, and helpful.

The hotel was lacking in certain areas. the breakfast had a limited selection and the gym was quite small.

Very clasic interior I love it, I made a lot of picture with my husband and my son. We realy enjoyed the environment.

I like the spa, it's good and the price was very reasonable. I also like the 24 hour rooftop cafe. The buffet breakfast was also awesome.

For such nice hotel they should have bathtub. All standard or deluxe rooms only have shower. Bathtub only available from Honeymoon Suite(!!). Too bad. Shower is not romantic at all if you travel as young couple.

Good meals at velle belle restaurant ,

Grand design and decor. Stunning restaurants with views. Friendly staff with smart looking attire. Food fairly priced and good selection. Common area with pool is clean and the pool is large. If you want to pose for stunning photographs this is the place to go.

Standard and delux rooms are small and the bathrooms tiny. Breakfast seems an afterthought and is no better than a local 2 star establishment. This was the greatest disappointment.

Luxurious amenities, high-class service, and exclusive private facilities make this hotel a dream destination. the swimming pool is a great place to relax with its stunning view. the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed with a comfortable bed and stunning decoration. the staff at the restaurant are friendly and helpful and the food is delicious and fresh.

The only minor issue was the location of the hotel, which can be a bit difficult to get to due to traffic. once you arrive, you will be transported to a world of luxury and comfort.

The hotel itself, An Italian style, look so different eventough the Hotel not so much big..The Breakfast as well was excellent ( Variety of menu). The staff are friendly, willing to help and assisting us at anytime

No Major issue just on checked in they were giving me wrong Room Rate eventhough I have been booked and confirmed the booking since 2 months before I arrived, but still wrong.The Hotel does not want to accept the Payment in us Dollar as my Room rate was confirmed in us Dollar however at the end they accepted the money..
